WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

 

All items are handmade to order for each individual customer, therefore prices will vary depending on the item, colour scheme/design and crystals used. For a quote please contact me (see Contact/Orders page) with your request including as much information as possible, so I can give you accurate information.

 

 

CAN I DESIGN MY OWN?

 

Yes of course! As everything is handmade to order colour schemes, designs, etc can be created to suit you! You can choose from the hundreds of designs in my past customer order photos on my website, Facebook page and Instagram page, (altering colours, changing parts of the design, etc if preferred) or create your own unique design! Due to the many photos on my site/pages spanning over four years of customer orders, certain designs/themes may be subject to availability. I will explore alternatives with you when placing your order, if neccessary.

 

 

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?

 

Turnaround for UK orders is approximately 2 - 3 weeks from the date payment is received to dispatch, (this changes during busy periods, e.g Christmas). This should only be used as a guideline, as I will confirm the current turnaround estimates with you when you place your order. You will also be contacted once your order is complete and given an accurate posting date. Email correspondance is not included in the turnaround estimates as your order is not placed until the date payment is received. Should you require an item for a specific date that you believe will be sooner than the usual estimates, please mention this in the first instance so I can give you accurate information. Sometimes orders can be completed as a priority, however I strongly advise placing orders in good time to avoid disappointment.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

 

Please contact me via email: sparklewithemily@hotmail.com, the Contact Form on this site, OR Facebook to place an order. You can find my contact details on the Contact/Orders page of this website. Any of those methods are fine (they are all checked/replied to at the same time), so pick whichever you prefer! I ask customers to choose one method initially, as multiple discussions/methods of contact may confuse your order. I aim to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible, however please allow for delays in my reply (especially during busy periods, e.g Christmas) as it's not possible for me to check my emails/messages when crystallising.  

 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

 

If you are within the UK, payment can be made via PAYPAL or BANK TRANSFER. International customers can pay with PAYPAL.

Payment is made in one amount (paid in full) and places your order. More information regarding payment will be given to you when you place your order.

 

 

RHINESTONES OR SWAROVSKI?

 

Which crystal type you choose depends on your own personal preference and price range. If you are unsure, please ask for both options when enquiring. Swarovski are available in a large range of colours (see Swarovski Colour Chart page). Rhinestones are availiable in basic colours (e.g Red, Grey, White, Black, Pink, Blue, Cream, Gold, Yellow, Purple, etc) in various shades. To see examples of both crystal types, please take a look at my past customer order photos on this site and social media pages (photos are labelled with what designs are made with). Another option for those that do not want full Swarovski could be to have a mixture of Rhinestones and Swarovski (if possible with your chosen design).

 

 

HOW CAN I LOOK AFTER MY ITEM?

 

Crystallised items must be treated with care. Please do not pick at any of the crystals/embellishments as this could result in them falling off. Treat them as though they are your best jewellery. I do include spare crystals with every order, just incase you have any accidents.

I do offer a repair service, should you wish to send your item to me. To discuss this further, please contact me. Please note: Buyer pays postage.

 

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS/RETURNS?

 

Please ensure all designs/sizes are correct before placing your order. If you are purchasing Converse (and want me to supply), I strongly recommend trying on a pair in a store first to determine your correct size. As all items are handmade to order for each individual customer, refunds/returns are not accepted.
